B2B Sales representative required for leading VOIP provider based in Park West, Dublin 12. This is a permanent full time role and an opportunity to join a smart, eager, and extremely passionate team within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to develop new business channels and upsell to existing customers
  • Communicating with senior decision makers
  • Establishing business requirements from customers
  • Responding to email enquiries that are made from potential customers
  • Reporting potential pipeline to /Sales Manager on a weekly basis
  • Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
  • Participate in marketing events to promote the business and source new clients

Key Skills/Experience

  • Telesales experience (telecoms would be an advantage)
  • Proven track record of B2B sales
  • Strong technical ability, knowledge of telecommunications sector (ideally)
  • Strong experience working within telesales environment
  • Ability to engage with businesses across various sectors
  • Excellent customer service
  • Fluent written and spoken English
