IP Telecom, Ireland’s leading innovative communications provider is looking for a content executive to join our marketing and business development team, helping us take customer communications to the next level. If you’re a dynamic self-starter who enjoys the development and the distribution of content across multiple channels, from social and online through to presentation and brochureware, then this is a great opportunity for you to join this rapidly growing and exciting business.
Responsibilities for content executive
- Copy writing and producing marketing and client communications especially in the digital sphere and customer/partner channel space
- Project managing multiple work streams and taking responsibility for delivery deadlines
- Working alongside our design team to produce clear, compelling and engaging content
- Dealing and managing external suppliers and campaigns across social media and other channels
- Researching, acquiring, collating and presenting information from various sources, including operational colleagues, internal departments, and competitive analysis
- Improving existing product descriptions, video generation with external suppliers, assisting with Press and media campaigns
- Create relevant, original, high-quality content (posts, articles, videos, photos and more) to engage our online audience and help the business achieve its goals
- Ongoing management of our website content
- Assist with database management and ongoing customer communications throughout the sales process and beyond
Qualifications for content executive
- Ability to proofread and spell-check product descriptions
- Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker
- Willing to work with and engage with our direct sales team and partner channel
- Marketing degree desirable, however previous experience in similar role is also valuable
- Measure and analyse online engagement and the effectiveness of our digital campaigns
- Some experience of CRMs desirable but not crucial
- Some experience in a previous marketing role
- A digital marketing qualification
