We will ensure that our support team is available for any requests and to resolve any service-related issues over the festive period. However there are some industry-wide restrictions on certain services over the next few weeks, and we have factored them in our christmas schedule:
Wednesday 18th December 12 noon - last day for configuration changes to existing installations, number diverts, call flow changes and opening hours messages.
Friday 20th December 4pm - last receipt of ports for completion no later than Monday December 23rd
Monday December 23rd-Monday 6th January - Industrywide porting freeze - no ports can be actioned across this time.
Monday 6th January - Back to normal services for ports, installations e.t.c.
IP Telecom Support operates as normal from Friday 27th to Tuesday 31st of December. Don't forget that we have created a Knowledge Base for all your troubleshooting issues, and portal management FAQ's.
